What you are hiring
Online existential coaching and mentoring sessions. Not psychotherapy, and not a medical or psychological service.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on each page before you book. Payment is made by bank transfer, in full before the process begins or, if agreed, in two instalments: 50% before the first session and the remaining 50% before the fourth.
Cancelling and rescheduling
A session can be moved with reasonable notice. The exact notice period and what happens to a missed session are set out in the Spanish terms.
Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer at a distance, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. It is enough to send a clear statement to hola@alexandraparamo.com before the deadline. No call and no negotiation is required.
The RAÍCES guarantee
For RAÍCES, you can request a full refund within 15 calendar days of the first session and before the second one. This guarantee never limits the statutory right of withdrawal above.
Complaints
Write to hola@alexandraparamo.com. You will get acknowledgement of receipt and an answer as soon as possible, within the maximum legal period of one month.
The binding version
This page explains, in plain English, what the document covers. The legally binding text is the Spanish one, reviewed by a lawyer under Spanish and EU law. If the two ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.
