• Bookings: the data you enter in the scheduling tool, to hold the session. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

No special categories of data are requested. Please do not include health details in a form; if you want to talk about something sensitive, bring it to the session.

Contact and resource requests are kept while the relationship is active and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires. Consent withdrawn means the data is removed from the mailing list.

Only the service providers needed to run the site — hosting, email, scheduling and, if you accept them, analytics. They act under a data processing agreement and never use your data for their own purposes.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at any time by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
