One-to-one program · Leading with Meaning
On the outside you function. Inside, you have been on alert for months.
You carry responsibilities, you make decisions and you solve things. But work is taking up too much space: the pressure, the uncertainty, the fear, the push for results or the difficulty of setting limits stay with you long after you close the laptop.
Leading with Meaning is a program to look at the relationship between work and life and, when it is needed, to find again what you are doing it all for.
6 online sessions · usually every 8–15 days · occasional WhatsApp support · 360 €

The workday ends, but the pressure comes home with you.
At work you are the one who solves things. You organize, you anticipate, you decide and you respond when something goes wrong. Nobody would guess you have been living on alert for a long time.
But you get home with your head still on the results, the money, the next change or whatever could go wrong. The patience you keep through a difficult conversation runs out over something small. You are physically with your family, and part of you is still working.
Then the guilt arrives: for not being present, for wanting to work, for not wanting to work so much, for setting a limit or for not having set it sooner.
You do not need to prove that you can carry it all. What you may need is to look at how you are holding up the life you have built and to decide again by a standard of your own.
A program for working moms that does not add one more demand
Getting organized can help. Delegating can help. A more realistic calendar can help. But no tool will answer questions like these for you:
- What place does my work hold in my life today?
- How am I measuring my success? Is being successful the same as living with meaning?
- What in this situation can I not change, and what is up to me?
- Which valuable things am I saying no to every time I do not set a limit?
- What am I doing all of this for?
- What do I want to take care of, even if taking care of it means giving up other things?
- Does the way I am living look like the way I want to live?
In Leading with Meaning we do not only work on how to perform better. We look at how your relationship with work runs through your identity, your decisions, your motherhood, your relationships and your way of being in the world.
We can work together if…
- Work takes up too much mental space, even when you have stopped working.
- Pressure about money or results keeps you on alert.
- You live with uncertainty or fear about a possible change, a layoff or a career decision.
- You find it hard to set limits with clients, managers, teams or with your own demands on yourself.
- The tension from work comes home and changes the way you respond to your partner or your kids.
- You have lost sight of what you are doing it all for.
- You want to make a career decision without giving up what you also value outside of work.
- You are self-employed or running your own business, and the business is eating the life it was meant to support.
You do not need a particular job title or to be on the verge of quitting. The starting point is that the relationship with your work deserves to be looked at.
Support for working moms and business owners
Whether you are employed or running your own project, the knot is usually similar: the pressure does not switch off when you close the laptop.
I cannot promise you a life without pressure, or the same answer someone else found. I can offer you a space and a method to work toward changes like these:
Getting back some room before you react
Recognizing what happens in you when the pressure rises and widening the space between what happens and the response you give, at work and at home.
Deciding again by a standard of your own
Telling apart what matters to you from what you do only out of expectation, fear, comparison or self-imposed pressure. If that pressure follows you home too, you can start with the audio guide on perfectionism in motherhood.
Setting limits that have a reason behind them
A limit is not an isolated technique. It holds better when you know what it protects and what makes it worth holding.
Reconnecting with the meaning of your work
Money, success and recognition can matter. But when they become the point, chasing them can get heavy. We can look further: what you do what you do for, who it benefits and which meaning you can bring about through your work. When you find a what for, the road does not necessarily get easier, but it does get lighter and more yours.
Being at home without giving up your professional life
We do not start from the idea that you have to choose between your family and a professional life that also matters to you. We look at the place you want to give each of them at this point in your life, what you want to take care of and what you are willing to give up in order to do it.
Take the first step
A first conversation to see where the pressure sits.
Half an hour, online, to put words to what work is taking up in your life and to look at what you want to do with it. Nothing has to be decided there.

How we work
The method is the frame of the path; the path is unique to each person.
We start from your real situation
Not from an abstract idea of balance. We look at what is happening at work and outside it, what weighs on you, what you fear, what you are trying to hold up and which decisions are still pending.
We understand your part in it
We explore thoughts, emotions, expectations, habits and responses. Not to blame you, but to recognize what is shaping the way you respond and where there is room for freedom.
We find your direction again
We identify which values are at stake, what you cannot change, which possibilities you do have and where you want to decide from.
We take the response into your life
Every discovery needs a concrete way of being lived. It can turn into a conversation, a limit, something you give up, a decision or a different way of standing in front of what you still cannot resolve.

Work, life and meaning
A way of looking that brings together work, life and meaning.
Before this work I spent close to twenty years in the corporate world, leading projects, teams and processes, and I am still connected to it.
I know the language of targets, deadlines and professional responsibility. I also know the questions that do not fit in a spreadsheet: what you do what you do for, what you are leaving out and who you are becoming while you try to answer to everything.
In Leading with Meaning I bring those two worlds together: business experience and existential support.
Leading with Meaning · format, price and conditions
Leading with Meaning is six one-to-one online sessions, usually every 8–15 days. Between sessions you have occasional WhatsApp support for specific matters that can be settled briefly.
The path adapts to your situation. The six sessions are not six rigid steps: we can stay longer with one question, come back to it or work on several dimensions in a single conversation.
At the end we look together at the road we have walked. The aim is not for you to need support indefinitely, but for you to build resources and judgment of your own to keep walking.
Includes: 6 one-to-one online sessions · occasional WhatsApp support between sessions · questions, resources or practical suggestions according to whatever comes up · a closing conversation to bring the process together. Payment, changes and cancellation terms: as set out in the terms and conditions.

Book your clarity sessionA real case: when money stopped being the center
Name changed to protect her identity.
Elena had work, but she lived worried about money and results. That pressure did not stay at work: it came home with her, where she was stressed, rushed and more reactive with her son and her husband.
From the first session she started to find calm and confidence in herself again. With less pressure about the outcome, she could go back to asking what she was doing what she did for and reconnect with the purpose of her work: putting her time and her skills at the service of people whose lives can get better because of what she does.
Money did not stop mattering; it stopped being the center. Today she lives her work with a deeper satisfaction, and that change also shows in the relationship with her family.
Every process is unique. This account is shared with permission and does not describe a guaranteed result.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is Leading with Meaning only for executives?
It is not defined by your job title. It can make sense if you are a professional, an executive, a founder or self-employed and the relationship with your work is affecting the rest of your life. What matters is the knot you need to look at, not the title on your contract.
Will I have to lower my ambition or leave my job?
I do not start from an answer decided in advance. My work is not to push you to leave or to stay, but to help you understand what is at stake, recognize your possibilities and make a decision you can feel is your own.
Is this a productivity or business leadership program?
No. There can be practical decisions about your calendar, your limits or professional conversations, but the center is existential: how you are living your work, what place it holds, which values it expresses and how it runs through your personal and family life.
How long is it and what does it cost?
Six online sessions, usually every 8–15 days. The full program costs 360 € and includes occasional WhatsApp support between sessions.
Is this psychotherapy?
No. Alexandra is an existential coach trained in logotherapy, and this is coaching. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If what you bring falls outside my scope, I will tell you clearly and will recommend that you look for the right kind of care.
Next step
Work is part of your life. It does not have to take up all of it.
The clarity session is a first space to tell me what you are living through, look at whether Leading with Meaning can help you and see what working together would be like.
