One-to-one program · Mothering with Meaning
Before we think about what to do with your kids, let’s start with you.
If motherhood is overwhelming you, if the guilt keeps arriving, or if you want to change something in the relationship with your kids or with yourself, this is room to stop and understand.
Not to tell you how you should raise them. To look at what you are living through, what matters to you and how you want to respond.
6 online sessions · usually every 8–15 days · occasional WhatsApp support · 360 €
When you know the theory but cannot live it the way you want.
You know you do not want to shout. You want to set limits without turning every afternoon into a battle. You would like to listen more and react less. And still, some days you run out of room.
Then the guilt arrives. You go back over what you said, what you did or what you let slide. You promise yourself tomorrow will be different, and tomorrow arrives with the same tiredness, the same responsibilities and even more pressure.
What you are living through does not prove that something is wrong with you. It does not necessarily get solved by learning one more technique either. Sometimes you need a place to look at yourself without judgment, understand what happens before the overwhelm and get back the freedom to choose another response.
You cannot support motherhood while forgetting the mother
A difficulty with your kids can be the way in, but you are not only the behavior you want to correct or the mistake you hold against yourself.
In Mothering with Meaning we look at the whole person: what you feel, what you think, the expectations you carry, your limits, your relationships, your story and what you truly value.
Parenting strategies have their place. They come after understanding what you are living through and where you are trying to respond from.
Guilt is not a verdict on who you are
Guilt can appear when you notice a distance between how you acted and how you would have wanted to act. Instead of using it to punish yourself, we can let it be there, understand it and ask what it is pointing at: which value matters, whether there is something to repair and which new commitment you want to make.
The overwhelm does not start with the shouting
Before a reaction there is usually tiredness, tension, thoughts, expectations and signals that go unnoticed. Learning to recognize them can give you back that small margin of freedom between what happens and how you respond. You can start today with the audio guide on emotional overwhelm.
Setting limits also means recognizing your own
Not everything is in your hands. You cannot get to everything, control every outcome or always respond perfectly. Telling apart what is yours to carry from what is not can help you hold motherhood from responsibility rather than from self-punishment.
Coach for moms, parenting coach or parent coach: what changes
You may have searched for “parenting coach” or “parent coach” and landed here. It is worth explaining the difference, because those labels do not all describe the same thing.
A parenting coach or a parent coach usually works on behavior: what to do with a tantrum, how to set a limit, which routine to put in place. They are useful tools, and at some point they can show up here too.
But I do not start there. I start with you: with what you are living through, with what weighs on you, with what you feel, with what matters to you and with the way you are trying to respond. The strategies come later, and they come cut to your size.
The reason is simple. You can know every technique and still shout on a Tuesday afternoon, because the technique was never the problem. It was the tiredness, the pressure or an impossible expectation nobody had put into words.
So if you were looking for a coach for moms who would hand you a parenting method, you will find something else here: room to understand before you apply. It is not only about knowing what to do, but about understanding why you respond the way you do and, above all, what you want to do it differently for. When you find that what for, the action stops being advice you are trying to follow: you have a reason of your own to choose it and to keep it.
In everyday life
The everyday is where this work actually happens.
We do not work on motherhood in the abstract. We work on the afternoon that went wrong, the conversation you are avoiding, the limit you could not hold. What you understand in session gets tried out there, at home, in your own life.
We can start here if…
- You come undone with your kids and then hold it against yourself.
- The guilt arrives even for situations that were never fully in your hands.
- You push yourself to get everything right and it never feels like enough.
- You want to set limits, but you end up giving in or imposing them out of anger.
- Talking with one of your children has become hard and you want to protect the bond.
- You are going through a separation, a loss or a change in the family and you need to think about how to respond.
- You are raising your kids alone or with little support, and the weight of the decisions and the care falls mainly on you.
- You want to recognize yourself in the mom you are without chasing a perfect version of yourself.
You do not need to fit the whole list. It is enough that something in your experience needs to be seen more clearly.
Take the first step
You can start by telling me what is happening.
Before you decide anything, we can talk. Half an hour, online, to put into words what you are carrying and to see whether this is the kind of support you need.

How we work in Mothering with Meaning
The method is the frame of the path; the path is unique to each person.
We understand before rushing to fix
We start from your specific experience. What is happening, how you are living it, which thoughts and emotions show up and how you take part in the situation.
We recognize what matters
We look at which values are at stake, which expectations weigh on you, which part really is in your hands and which possibilities you may not have been seeing.
You choose how you want to respond
You do not get a closed recipe. We look for a response that fits you, your kids, the real circumstances of your life and what you want to take care of.
We take what you find into everyday life
I may suggest a question, a resource or a small action to notice or try between sessions. Then we look at what happened. The process does not end when you understand something: it continues when you choose, act and listen to what life answers back.

Book your clarity sessionA real case: feeling good again about the mom you are
Name changed to protect her identity.
Claudia came to me saying she shouted at her kids and told them off too much. She felt she had become the mom she did not want to be.
From the first session she started taking what she was discovering into her life and noticing changes in how she saw herself, how she looked at her kids and how she related to them. They started coming closer too, trusting her, cooperating and feeling less afraid. Today she can even help her husband when he loses his patience.
Claudia says that from that first session she started to find calm and peace again and, above all, that she feels good again about the mom she is.
Every process is different. This account is shared with permission and does not describe a guaranteed result.
This is existential support, not psychotherapy
Mothering with Meaning can accompany human experiences such as guilt, fear, sadness, uncertainty, everyday conflict or the suffering that is part of life.
It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If what you bring falls outside my scope, I will tell you clearly and recommend that you ask a health professional for an assessment. When it is appropriate and the professionals involved consider it compatible, both kinds of support can run alongside each other; if continuing with me is not the right thing, I will tell you that too.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Are you going to tell me how to raise my kids?
I do not start from universal instructions or from one correct way of being a mom. First I help you understand your experience. From there we can work on limits, conversations or specific decisions, always looking for a response that makes sense for you and for the reality of your family.
How many sessions are there and how often?
The program is six online sessions, usually every 8–15 days. The exact rhythm is agreed according to your situation and what works for both of us.
Can I write to you between sessions?
Yes. The program includes occasional WhatsApp support for short questions. It does not replace a session and it is not a channel for immediate attention; anything that needs more time or depth goes to the next meeting.
What happens when the six sessions end?
We look together at the road we have walked and at what you need from there. The aim is for you to build resources to keep walking without depending on support. If it still makes sense to go deeper, we can consider a new program or follow-up sessions.
Is this psychotherapy?
No. Alexandra is an existential coach trained in logotherapy, and this is coaching. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If what you bring falls outside its scope, Alexandra will tell you clearly and will recommend that you seek an assessment from a health professional.
Is family coaching the same as supporting the mother?
No. Family coaching works with the whole family system and usually involves several people in the process. Here I work with you, one to one: your kids, your partner and your family come into the conversation because they are part of your life, but they do not take part in the sessions. And this is not family therapy either, which is a health service I do not provide.
Next step
You do not have to get the next step right on your own.
We can start with a thirty-minute conversation. You tell me what you are living through, I ask you a few questions and together we consider whether Mothering with Meaning can help you or whether you need another path.
