Your first step

A free clarity session: 30 minutes to see where to start.

You don’t need to have it sorted out or find the exact words. You tell me what you are living, I ask you some questions, and we look together at a possible next step.

If one of my programs makes sense for you, I explain how it would work. If what you describe falls outside my scope, I will say that clearly too and recommend that you ask for the right assessment.

What happens in those thirty minutes

A conversation to find our bearings, not a ready-made answer.

I

You tell me

You tell me what you are living, in no particular order, with nothing prepared and no need to sum it up well. You can start wherever you want.

II

I ask you questions

Not to judge you and not to reach a quick answer. Questions help you look from the outside at things that are hard to see from the inside.

III

We look at a possible path

If it makes sense for us to work together, I explain which program I think could help you, how it would work and what it costs. You decide calmly whether that path makes sense for you. If I see that what you are living goes beyond what I can accompany, I say so clearly and point you toward the kind of support to look for.

What the clarity session is, and what it is not

The clarity session is not meant to resolve everything you are living in half an hour. It is not a diagnosis either, or a shortened version of a full program.

It is a first conversation to listen to you, to meet each other and to see whether we fit. It can help us name a need, ask a different question or see a possible starting point.

You may ask me something specific and I may be able to offer you a tool, a practical idea or another way of looking at it right there. If it cannot be answered seriously on that call, I will not improvise a solution.

Either way, you will get an honest orientation, even if we then decide that this is not the moment or that I am not the right person to accompany you.

What we can look at together

The session can help you tell these doors apart:

  • Mothering with Meaning, if the heaviest part shows up in motherhood, in mom guilt, in emotional overwhelm or in your relationship with yourself or with your children.
  • Leading with Meaning, if work, pressure, results or the difficulty of setting limits are running through the rest of your life.
  • Returning to Meaning, if what shows up is disorientation, emptiness, a change of stage or the question of what it is all for.
  • RAÍCES, Mothers with Meaning, if you are looking for a structured road alongside other mothers.
  • Another kind of care, if what you are living needs a professional field other than mine.

You don’t have to choose before you book. That is exactly what we are here to look at.

Take the first step

You can pick a time whenever you are ready.

Thirty minutes, online, with nothing to prepare beforehand. You choose the day and the time, and you decide afterwards whether anything follows.

Before you book, know the scope of my work

I am an existential coach trained in logotherapy. I am not a psychologist or a psychotherapist. My work centers on the existential dimension of a person: what she is living, her values, her freedom, her decisions, her relationships, what she thinks of herself, what she thinks of the world and the questions of meaning that appear.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and this support does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

If during the conversation I see that what you describe falls outside my scope, I will say so clearly and recommend that you ask a healthcare professional for an assessment. Where I can, I will point you toward the kind of care to look for. Knowing my limits is also a way of accompanying you responsibly.

The conversation

Someone listening to you without rushing you.

Thirty minutes where you do not have to be efficient, or clear, or sure of anything. You bring what you are living, however it comes out, and we look at it together before you decide anything.

How to come to the call

Don’t prepare a speech. Come as you are.

If you can, find thirty minutes with some privacy and few interruptions. Headphones help if you share a space with other people.

It is fine if you get emotional, if your mind goes blank, or if you start with a detail that seems small. I take care of the questions and of holding the thread of the conversation.

If you need to change or cancel the appointment, you can do it from the booking confirmation email. The terms that apply are in the terms and conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this a call to sell me something?

It is a conversation to see whether I can help you. If I think I can, I explain how I would work with you and what it costs. You decide calmly. If I think I can’t, I tell you just as clearly. There is no commitment to continue.

What if I can’t explain what is going on with me?

You don’t need to know. Many people come precisely because all they know is that they are tired, lost, or that something doesn’t fit. Start wherever it comes out. I will help with questions.

What if I start crying?

You don’t have to arrive composed or hold your feelings in to be able to talk. Emotions are allowed here. There is nothing to apologize for.

Is the session really free?

Yes. It lasts 30 minutes, it is online and it does not commit you to hiring a program.

Will I leave knowing exactly what to do?

I can’t promise a final answer in half an hour. The intention is to understand the situation better and offer you a possible orientation. Sometimes the next step will be one of my programs. Other times it will be a resource, or asking another professional for an assessment.

Is what I say confidential?

The conversation is treated confidentially, like the rest of the work. The limits and the handling of your data are described in the privacy policy and in the terms and conditions.

Can I book from another country?

Sessions are online, so you can book from another country. Choose an available time and check that the time zone shown is the right one.

Choose your time

Your clarity session, on the day you choose

You don’t have to be sure you want to start a program. You only need half an hour and the wish to look at what you are living, with company and without judgment.
